The 1000 Drakes Landing Road project was submitted in February, 2024. The project would provide 19 townhomes, including 4 affordable townhomes. Three units deed would be restricted for low-income households and one unit deed restricted for a moderate-income household. The project was approved October 8, 2024. This approval was not appealed. The project is not expected to move forward.
