1230 Fifth Ave
This is a Senate Bill 330 project, that has been formally submitted (as of March 2025) in San Rafael. As of June 2025, it is under review.
It will be a 12 story multi-family development with 187 units. 19 of the units will be affordable to very low-income individuals and families. The affordable units will match the market rate units exactly in size and amenities. It will also include lobbies and shared amenity spaces. More information here.
