The applicant requests Vesting Tentative Map approval to subdivide two developed lots in San Rafael into a total of 35 lots. The subject properties are located at 160 N. San Pedro Rd., San Rafael also known as assessor’s parcel numbers (APN) 179-321-36 and 179-321-37. Thirty-two lots are proposed to be for residential development and would range in size from 1,671 square feet to 14,353 square feet. Five of the 32 proposed residential lots would be affordable; two would be for middle income and three would be for moderate income. Three lots are proposed to be for open space and would range in size from 4,963 square feet to 33,195 square feet.
