Two Valleys Community Land Trust (TVCLT) purchased this house in 2023 for $850,000 to provide three units of affordable housing. Originally, the land trust planned to have a two- to four-bedroom apartment, a one-bedroom accessory dwelling unit and a one-bedroom junior accessory unit. However, County septic regulations have prevented the project from increasing the number of bedrooms. The project will now provide three one-bedroom units.

The home is unoccupied and has signficant deferred maintenance. TVCLT has received funding from the Marin County Housing Trust Fund, Measure W, Community Development Benefit Grant (CDBG), Tamalpais Pacific and a low interest loan from the County. Much of this funding comes in the form of loans which will need to be repaid. TVCLT was able move this project forward by partnering with the Marin Housing Authority. TVCLT will retain and manage the project.
