790 Mission is a 105-unit apartment building located in downtown San Rafael. The project includes 65 one-bedroom and 40 two-bedroom apartment units. Six of the one-bedroom apartment units and five of the two-bedroom apartment units will be deed restricted for Low Income Housing at the Very Low-Income (VLI) threshold as determined by the Marin County Housing Authority. There will be two outdoor spaces open to all residents in the property.
