111 Lucky Drive | Corte Madera

111 Lucky Drive is Site 4 in the 6th Cycle Corte Madera Housing element. The site is 1.67 acres, including the 0.68-acre Black Kettle Lagoon. The site was recently rezoned to the HE-1 overlay district which increases the maximum density from 15.1 du/ac to 25 du/ac and up to 30 du/ac for a senior housing project. The property owner has expressed interest in redeveloping the site with multi-family housingduring the planning period. A project was proposed for memory care in 2018, but that seems to have been dropped and this project is no longer active.
