31 Wharf Road | Marin County | MEHC Says Yes

This project will provide downtown Bolinas with 8 condominium units and a commercial space, which will serve as the new office for the Bolinas Community Land Trust (BCLT). The residential units will include a mix of 6 three-bedroom homes and 2 two-bedroom homes, and will include on-site car and bike parking. It will be deed restricted, so that only those who qualify with low, very-low, and extremely low income can live there. This project is a product of the efforts from the BCLT and Habitat for Humanity, Greater San Francisco.

A Building Permit Application was submitted to Marin County in March 2025. The plan is to begin construction in late summer 2025, with the goal of moving families in by the summer of 2027.
