Fireman’s Fund/ 777 San Marin Drive | MEHC Says YES

This project will develop 1,081 units including senior housing, multi-family dwellings (apartments and townhomes), and single-family dwellings. On January 23, 2024, the Novato City Council approved the project entitlements during a public hearing.

It proposes to redevelop the previous Fireman’s Fund campus. The development would include proposed residential community with varying buildings ranging from one to five stories tall. Additionally, it would have a pedestrian connection to the San Marin SMART station. Novato has rezoned the land and approved the master plan.

The property owner intends to initiate demolition of the former Fireman’s Fund office campus on or shortly after September 8, 2025.
