This project is no longer active. The Town of Fairfax purchased this land as open space, and it will be maintained by the Marin County Open Space District.
This project would have divided the “wall property” into 10 sites, to create 10 single-family residences. The developer submitted a builder’s remedy application and the Town requested a $50,000 application fee. The parcel went into foreclosure and then the city is negotiated to buy this land as open space.
