Sorich Commons Partners multi-family project

This project was submitted as a Senate Bill (SB) 330 Preliminary Application in December 2024. It will develop 96 multi-family units on developed and undeveloped lots in unincorporated San Anselmo. The project will be comprised of townhomes and apartment-style dwellings across three properties and 14 two- and three-story buildings. The project proposes 81 market-rate units, while 14 units would be provided as deed-restricted affordable units (ten for very low-income and four for moderate-income households).
