Mallard Pointe | MEHC Says YES
Belvedere
In May 2024, the Mallard Pointe project was approved with conditions by Belvedere City Council.
The subject parcels are currently developed with 22 residential units (duplexes). The project proposal included demolition of the existing residential units and construction of 40 residential units, including single-family dwellings, accessory dwellling units, duplexes and apartments. The project has been subsequently reduced to 40 units.
