Zoom Webinar — State Ballot Measures: Affordable Housing Bond and Beyond | September 30 | 12-1 pm

This webinar will provide an overview of upcoming California and Marin ballot measures, including Propositions 1 and 43. California voters have an unprecedented opportunity this November to invest billions into building and preserving affordable housing, solving homelessness, and expanding homeownership for the next generation. The Veterans and Affordable Housing Bond Act of 2026 (Proposition 1) places a $11.25 billion bond on this year’s ballot — allowing voters to support affordable housing for lower-income households.
