Coast Guard Housing | MEHC Says YES
This project is revitalizing the abandoned Coast Guard site in Point Reyes Station. It consists of 36 townhomes and the barracks will be redeveloped into 15 apartments. It also has a dining hall, kitchen, and several ancillary buildings throughout the property. The project is handled by two community organizations — Community Land Trust of West Marin (CLAM) and Eden Housing. View the county planning page for this project here.
This project is approved, and on March 17, 2025, the Marin County Board of Supervisors approved the allocation of $9.5M for the housing project.
