Landing Court Apartments
This project was approved by Novato City Council in October 2024. This is an AB 2011 project, which allows increased density and removes parking requirements. The proposed project is 5 stories, with a height of 65 feet, 6 inches. The project includes 301 housing units, and provides no on-site parketing. The units are a mix of studios and 1 bedroom apartments. 90% of the units would be affordable to low-income households and 10% to very low-income households. There will also be 3 two-bedroom, market rate manager units.
