Call Marin Home Program Manager: Lizzy Stahl

Lizzy Stahl joined Call Marin Home as a Program Manager in 2026. She manages and supports the coalition and contributes policy analysis and advocacy. A native of Marin, Lizzy spent many years in Washington, DC working on overseas community development projects. She specialized in creating systems and tools for results measurement, accountability, and learning across global teams. She has conducted quantitative and qualitative studies and served on project monitoring, evaluation, and implementation teams across twenty countries in North and South America, sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia, and Eastern Europe. 

She also has extensive program management experience and has worked with governments, community-based organizations, and businesses on initiatives strengthening civil society, civic engagement, youth political participation, legal aid, and post-conflict reconstruction. Lizzy earned an MA in International Development Studies from The George Washington University and holds a BA in Spanish and International Affairs, with a minor in Latin American Studies, from University of Puget Sound. Ms. Stahl works bilingually in English and Spanish and calls San Rafael home.

Outside of work, Lizzy volunteers at the Postpartum Support Center and enjoys hiking with her family, hosting community potlucks, and singing.
