The proposed project is 5 stories, with a height of 65 feet, 6 inches. The project includes 301 housing units, and provides no on-site parketing. The units are a mix of studios and 1 bedroom apartments. 90% of the units would be affordable to low-income households and 10% to very low-income households. There will also be 3 two-bedroom, market rate manager units.
