Habitat Redwood Blvd | Novato
This project is 100% affordable, and will be the largest homeownership opportunity in Marin County at the affordable level. As of April 2026, an updated version of the project has been approved and will be moving forward. The project will create 45 single-family homes.
The project now has three expected phases: 1) 2026: Design refinement and entitlement amendments with the City of Novato and County regulatory agencies. 2) 2027: Building permit submission and pre‐construction activities including infrastructure and
groundwork. 3) Late 2027 / early 2028: Anticipated start of home construction, with a phased approach that
allows for earlier home sales and reduced financing risk
