2015 Bridgeway | Sausalito
The building started as a residential building, was converted to office space, and will now become residential again. It will provide 12 apartments, 2 of which will be deed-restricted, low income units. The new development will use the existing building envelope and will remain the same height. This is an SB 330 project with a density bonus based on the two affordable units. It will offer 17 parking spaces. A lot line adjustment merging two parcels has been approved for this project. It is located within walking distance to shops and restaurants, Sausalito beach, and Dunphy park.
