1230 Fifth Ave | San Rafael
This is SB 330 project, was submitted in December 2024, and approved in November 2025.
It will be a 12 story multi-family development with 188 units. 19 of the units will be affordable to very low-income individuals and families. There are 61 bonus density units. The affordable units will match the market rate units in size and amenities, and will be distributed throughout the building. It will also include lobbies and shared amenity spaces.
