The Ivy at Corte Madera Assisted Living and Memory Care

The Ivy at Corte Madera is a proposed Senior Living and Memory Care development, located at the current Best Western Building. Oakmost Management Group, which operates over 100 senior living facilities, would manage the facility. The proposed project offers 125 assisted living units, and 40 memory care units. 17 of these units would be affordable for very low income households. There would be 96 parking spaces.
