This location has been considered for housing since 1999. In the current Housing Element, the city determined it to be a housing priority site. The Housing Element lists it as having the capacity for 320 units, but if the state density bonus law is utilized then the project could develop up to 374 units. 25% of the units will be affordable to households earning up to 50% of area median income (AMI).
