In October 2026, the formal application included a large reduction of units when compared to the initial pre-application that was submitted in Spring 2026. The project went from 345 to 197 units and transitioned from workforce housing to senior housing.
The project proposes a senior living community with ground-floor retail located at 4th and A Streets. The project includes 197 senior independent living rental units (age restricted to 55 years and up), including nine units designated for low-income households.
