Building emergency RV housing on Tacherra Ranch is a temporary housing solution for displaced families in West Marin. Marin County declared a health and safety emergency in West Marin, moved to enforce the code violations, and hired a planning consultant to file an emergency coastal permit with the BCLT as the applicant of record. BCLT is following the County’s lead and will design the emergency housing project.
