1030 3rd Street/900 A Street | San Rafael
As of April 24, 2025, the City of San Rafael has notified the developer that their application is incomplete. A detailed letter will be sent to the applicant from the City by June 20, outlining any inconsistencies found.
This project will provide 131 units of multi-family housing in downtown San Rafael, as the site is within the downtown precise plan area. The project is requesting a density bonus and proposes to provide 10%, or 11 units to be restricted to low-income households. The project also includes tenant amenities in the form of a podium courtyard on the 2nd floor, a rooftop deck, and private patios.
