31 Wharf Road | Marin County
This project will provide downtown Bolinas with condominium units and a commercial space, which will serve as the new office for the Bolinas Community Land Trust (BCLT). The residential units will include a mix of three-bedroom homes and two-bedroom homes, and will include on-site car and bike parking. It will be deed restricted, so the units will be offered for sale to low-income, qualified, first-time homebuyers earning between 60-80% of Marin County’s Area Median Income (AMI). This project is a product of the efforts from the BCLT and Habitat for Humanity, Greater San Francisco.
A Building Permit Application was submitted to Marin County in March 2025, and the coastal permit was approved in July 2025. Construction on the project began in 2025, and by mid-2026 the developers had opened a rental application period for the completed units, with the goal of moving families in soon after.
