88 Vivian St | San Rafael
This project is located in the Canal district. It would replace the structure that housed Country Club Bowl with for-sale townhomes. (The bowling alley closed in 2020.) The project is using a density bonus, and will include townhomes which are reserved for those earning under 80% of the Area Median Income. Some of the townhomes will be accessible. It would include 2 and 3 bedrooms, as well as 2-car garages.
This project received an extension on the project entitlements on February 28, 2024. The entitlements are good until May 2026.
