Hamilton Drive | Mill Valley
Mill Valley approved this project of 45 affordable below market rate (BMR) units, ranging from 1 - 3 bedrooms. The units will be available at 30% - 60% of the local area Median income. This will be Mill Valley's first affordable housing project in the past 30 years. This is an ideal location with parks, schools, grocery stores, and shops nearby. The project will be developed and managed by EAH. EAH is currently seeking financing for the project. City Council re-approved the project in January 2026 with a new zoning plan. The updated plans do not impact the 45 units.
