Seminary at Strawberry | Marin County
This project aims to redevelop the former Baptist Seminary site to create a mix of residential units. This project would create 125 new units of housing, and 50 units would be affordable. An appeal was denied in November 2024, and the environmental review was accepted in Dec 2024. This is a complex project that will require amendments to the master plan. For this reason, we expect the entitlement process to be slow, likely in the last quarter of 2025. View the county planning page here.
