3301 Kerner Blvd Project Homekey | MEHC Says YES
3301 Kerner is now Casa Canal and is open. Residents started moving in during April 2025. Housing developer Eden Housing converted this office building in San Rafael into a 100% permanent supportive housing site. Marin County received a Project Homekey award from the State of California to purchase the office building at 3301 Kerner Boulevard in San Rafael. Marin County purchased the building in 2020 and construction started in 2023. Read more here.
